Ideally we would want participating organizations to enable all their stakeholders to use the CWI Portal for communicating their concerns to  them. However it is entirely on the organization to decide who can use the service or not. While some organizations may restrict the use of this portal only to their employees others may extend the same to their vendors, consultants, partners, associates, shareholders as well.

You can report using this portal only if your organization is a participant in  the initiative and if you have been expressly authorized by it and continue to remain as such. Since your organization avails of this service therefore it is absolutely free for you. To communicate your concerns to the authority designated by your organization simply click on 'Lodge Report' and follow the instructions.
